Jess P.

Hi, I'm Jess, a certified Pilates instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience and a graduate of the Federal University of Uberlândia in Brazil. I discovered my passion for mobility and care when I began teaching Pilates in 2014, and since then, I have been deeply committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

With a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and physiology, I develop classes that are safe, effective, and thoughtfully tailored to each individual. I am currently completing a Master’s program in Rehabilitation, where I work closely with clients, helping them reconnect with and trust their bodies through movement.

I have experience teaching clients of all levels and always prioritize their well-being and personal goals. My greatest joy is building genuine connections, helping each client feel comfortable and confident in their own body, and creating sessions they truly look forward to. Classes available in English and Portuguese.

Bibi A.

My Pilates journey began in high school after being diagnosed with scoliosis. What started as a way to support and strengthen my spine quickly became something I truly fell in love with. Pilates helped me feel more connected, balanced, and confident in my body, and it has remained a constant in my life ever since.

Pilates has supported me through every stage of life, including before and after my spinal fusion. Learning how to adapt movement to honor my body has taught me patience, resilience, and deep appreciation for what my body can do.

As a teacher, my intention is to create classes that feel supportive, thoughtful, and empowering. I want Pilates to be more than just a workout. My goal is to help students move with awareness, confidence, and gratitude, meeting their bodies exactly where they are.

Suzanne H.

Hi! I’m Suzanne, and I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2017. With a background in science, I enjoy the technical aspect and precision of movement in the Pilates method. I love that Pilates is a practice you can continually grow with—one that challenges the body while calming and focusing the mind. My favorite part of teaching is guiding students toward increased strength, flexibility, and confidence in their bodies.

Hearing someone say “I feel stronger” or “my back pain is gone” is the highlight of what I do. I teach flow style classes that emphasize intentional movement, spinal alignment, and core stability. In addition to my Pilates training, I’m certified in barre and TRX, which influence my teaching style and allow me to create classes with added variety and depth. Outside the studio, you’ll find me biking, hiking, and enjoying anything that gets me out into nature.

Nora K

Nora’s journey into Pilates blends athletic discipline, academic insight, and spiritual exploration. A former high school cheer captain who led her Colorado team to back-to-back state championships, she developed an early respect for the body through years of rigorous training. After earning a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Howard University, she spent seven years as a psychiatric director before following a deeper calling in 2020 that led her to Rishikesh, India, where she studied ancient yogic traditions and became certified in Ashtanga yoga, pranayama, and meditation.

Her continued studies in stretching and flexibility eventually led her to Pilates three years ago, where she found a practice that seamlessly unites strength, awareness, and alignment. Rooted in Indigenous spirituality and holistic wellness, Nora integrates her background in psychology, movement, and ancestral healing traditions to create classes that cultivate resilience, self-trust, and empowered connection between body and mind.
