Aurora Burg
Aurora spent 14 years as a dancer before transitioning into teaching tap and ballet. Her passion for movement eventually led her to ice skating and ice dancing, where she trained alongside competitive figure skaters in the Philadelphia area.After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Lehigh University, Aurora built a successful career in the insurance industry, working with insurance companies, agencies, and software developers. She continues to provide part-time consulting and training for some of her long-term clients.Aurora discovered Pilates while recovering from a pickleball injury. During physical therapy, she found that Pilates allowed her to maintain her flexibility, strength, and overall fitness while supporting her recovery. Through consistent practice, Pilates helped relieve chronic foot, knee, hip, and back pain, transforming not only her recovery but also her outlook on movement and wellness.Inspired by her own experience, Aurora became a Pilates instructor to help others move with greater strength, confidence, and freedom. Combining her passion for teaching with years of coaching adults, she creates supportive, engaging sessions that meet clients where they are and help them reach their goals. For Aurora, Pilates isn't just exercise—it's her happy place, and she loves sharing that joy with every client.
